Employees Must Repent Patch-- Blue with Pink Print

Inspired by graffiti in the bathroom of my favorite goth bar (and definitely not by anything else) this upcycled textile patch reminds the proletariat that the only path to a clean soul is through laboring for the benefit of their uppers. When you die a righteous death of overwork, the company-wide email eulogy acknowledging your position's vacancy will mourn the loss of someone so willing to put aside everything-- their health, their family, their dreams-- for the pursuit of Q3 growth. Now that's a good little worker!

This particular patch is made from scraps of fabric I used to make a dress for my rag doll when I was 7 and have been carrying around in my sewing box ever since. It's lined with a scrap of quilter's felt that Goodwill was discarding.
